GoogleThe team at The Property Man are super easy to work with. I’ve had the smoothest experience with the sale of my property, which has been made so much greater with their excellent communication and genuine pro-active attitude. GoogleCan't speak highly enough of the team at The Property Man. They've gone above and beyond what would normally be expected from Estate Agents. They were professional during our sale process, and great communicators throughout the conveyancing, in what proved to be a complex chain. We couldn't have met our deadlines for completion without them.

GoogleI used the Property Man to rent my house over the last few years. The service I have received has been outstanding from initial discussions about the process, Rob coming to undertake a full review of the property, including suggestions for areas of improvement, undertaking all photos, obtaining all the relevant certificates for me and finding me a perfect tenant. The process was seamless and extremely efficient. Both Rob and Wendy and the rest of the team are a pleasure to deal with and I feel very grateful to them for their continued service on my behalf

GoogleBoth Jessica and Kimberley did a sterling job in managing the sale of our property even through the mine field of probate issues along the way. We were kept informed on a regular basis and made aware of The results and findings after viewings and correspondence with potential buyers. The property was marketed at an achievable and sensible price even during the recent economic difficulties successfully securing a sale. We would recommend this agent and subsequent staff to anybody looking to sell or purchase property.
