GoogleKimberley and Kathryn were excellent communicators throughout the process. Whilst their original valuation was probably on the high side they secured a sale through their persistence and they did it for the lowest price when compared with other local agents.

GoogleWe cannot thank the staff at the Property Man Sale M33 Office enough and would single out Kimberley and Jessica in particular who have navigated the sale of our house. Not only did they set the sale price right it attracted lots of interest and a quick sale. Their attention to detail and seeing us through to contract exchange and completion has been outstanding and their fees are extremely reasonable. This is an Independent Estate Agency that in our view go that extra mile for their clients and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house.
