Me and my partner showed up to a flat viewing which was supposed to take place at 1:15pm. We arrived 25 minutes before the viewing which was fine, however, when it got to 1:15, there was no sign of anyone to show us around the flat. To make a long story short, we waited until 2pm, so 45 minutes after we were due to view the flat. During this time, my parter called Kevin Henry 8 times, and was sent to voicemail every time. We tried buzzing the door 2 or 3 times, which lead to nothing. We messaged the person who had sent us a video of the flat yesterday, which they had seen, but didn't respond to us. We were completely left in the dark in this situation. My partner took time out of her work to arrange the viewing and I find it completely unnaceptable that there was no point in doing so in the end. After reading some of the other reviews for Kevin Henry, it doesn't come as a surprise to me that nobody turned up to show us around. Many reviews I've seen include people waiting for someody to show us, and even some people being turned away for being 2 minutes late, whereas they don't show up at all. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and disgraceful. I have seen a complete lack of care and responsibility in this situation and I am disgusted and incredibly frustrated. The best part? We tried calling Kevin Henry last year to arrange a viewing of a flat, in which, once again, nobody answered the phone. Whether or not you are understaffed, keep your customers updated with the ongoing situation. If you're going to be late, that's fine. If you need to arrange to show your customers around another day, then fine. If for whatever reason you won't show up then fine, but keep us updated. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go with Kevin Henry for renting or buying a property, the complete lack of care is appauling and is a huge factor for me and I imagine for many other people.

I have been looking for a property to rent in Cambridgeshire for over a month and it was so difficult because of my schedule and the distance from my current address. Until I came across Yeliz from Kevin Henry. She empathised with my difficulties and went out of her way to make things so much easier for me with viewings and applying and everything else that is necessary. She is super nice and understanding, responds promptly to all messages and acts quickly to save you from disappointments, and best of all she has real kindness. She really is a lifesaver, I don't know what endless trouble I would have had to go through but for her, I am so grateful to her and I definitely feel that I owe her so, so much! After 6 weeks of house-hunting without success due to my schedule and distance, she came like an angel and at last things are working out for me.
