GoogleIt is my second experience with Kevin Henry and everything was great. I have seen and booked many houses in the last couple of months with different agencies and agents but, by far, with Yeliz Duru I have had the best experience. He was very helpful, empathetic to our needs with a pro attitude. Answer to all our questions, take care of everything and make the whole process very quick and easy. They take out all our stress and we really appreciate their work. I would definitely recommend to anybody and for sure in the future I will go only with them.

GoogleIt was absolutely an amazing experience with Kevin Henry. Lauren and Yeliz had been great from the start in finding us lovely tenants. Every time I contacted either Lauren or Yeliz for any queries, they were prompt in replying. Lauren even went extra mile to fix last minute issue in the property. She was responsive and provided every detail when we needed. And property management team is also responsive when we had some minor issues at the start of the tenancy. And wether in business or on a personal basis I must admit they are one company that strives to stand out as an individual one who’s integrity and professionalism keep me at ease knowing that the personal service you would receive from either sales from Sue Johns to lettings where one can rely on near family service from the team Kelly Bishop, Chase ,Chloe and not forgetting Louise Moyer all of which make a great team, if anyone wishes to place there trust in them for all there property needs they can rest assured they will do the upmost best for either tenants or landlords. GoogleI used Kevin Henry to buy my property and the service was 5 star, great communication all the time so I was always up to date with everything. The property is being let through them and within three weeks of completion they had found a tenant for me who is going to move in. Being new to renting a property, I relied on them completely to guide me through the refurbishment of the property and everything else connected, which they did brilliantly. Again, great communication with Lettings team and I was up to date all throughout the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough, 10 stars should be awarded.
