She was always extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and very professional, she worked extremely hard to get this sale through and certainly went above and beyond. I phoned this agency four times trying to arrange a viewing for a property in Saffron Walden the first three times they promised to phone me back and never did, the last time I requested to be put through to someone and I was put on hold and then the phone connected and I heard "yeah, she's on the line, just hang up on her" before the line went dead. Appallingly rude service, I can only imagine how they treat their tenants. The landlord of this property should also be very upset that of four approaches to view his property this agency has failed to arrange a single viewing.
