GoogleOnce again used Intercounty from start to finish to rent out my property. Outstanding service and there is never an issue. Eloise Parkins dealt with the majority of this property and was simply fantastic. She is an asset to the company.

GoogleNot very often you get to work with ppl who are exceptional at their profession. With the current state of uncertainty within the housing market, the increasing mortgage rates, losing out on my first house choice, a difficult seller at the second house choice, I nearly pulled out of selling my home and wait for things to settle back down. Luckily, I spotted a gorgeous cottage in the same village of choice listed by Intercounty I got in touch and the manager, Andrew arranged immediate viewing and my offer was accepted. An easy transaction, excellent communication, no delay or chasing, great customer service, nothing is too much, I was reassured at all times and I can’t recommend Intercounty enough! Thank you, for providing an excellent client experience in these stressful times. We love our new home, it’s a match made in heaven ❤️

I just cant describe fully the abysmal experience i am receiving. 1. the list is just too long. not following up any problems i have they send engineers round that don't do the work but intercounty charge me only to find out a year later that it was done. with no apology from them. Huge cost to me reports from tenant not being followed up. like plumbing leaks not responding to my emails a steady flow of different staff , so no personal service over a 3 year period in fact nothing was as promised in brochure. Nothing caused me no end of medical stress, anxiety and worry.
