GoogleToday I was called back almost instantly from the moment I requested more information re a rental property on Rightmove via email. Jac from Intercounty greeted me at the end of the line and was courteous and professional. She took the time to listen to my requests and from that point on did her upmost to send me the details of not only that property but others that would be suitable. Jac replied to my emails promptly and had organised a viewing for us for the next day. I would highly recommend Jac from Intercounty in Saffron Walden.

GoogleHaving had other agents trying to sell our house when we met Andrew we were quite disgruntled with the whole thing. He listened to everything we said and everything we wanted from an estate agent. He arranged the photos which were really good and a lot better than any others. It was all agreed and put on the market on Wednesday. He said they were ‘getting on the phones’ and over the weekend we had 6 viewings and on Monday an offer, which was accepted on Tuesday. We had regular contact (one of the things we wanted!) and Andrew was really good fun to have involved in the process! Let’s just hope the rest of the process goes as smoothly. Definitely recommend.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Intercounty Saffron Walden. The professionalism demonstrated by Andrew and his team throughout the process was outstanding. Andrew was always punctual for appointments and built a good rapport with potential buyers. Once we had accepted an asking price offer, we were kept informed every step of the way as Andrew liaised with the buyers and both sets of solicitors. Having been through the process a few times, I firmly believe that we would not have achieved such a quick and hassle-free sale with any other agent. Thank you Intercounty.

GoogleWe purchased our property with intercounty and I can honestly say I have dealt with Jordan throughout the process, he is exceptional at his job, extremely professional and has kept me informed the whole time. Jordan is a credit to the company so easy to deal with and has kept me calm when I felt a bit stressed as you do when moving house. For anyone thinking of selling their property I would highly recommend intercounty to get the job done. 😀

Both him and Jordan were extremely organised and kept me fully informed of any progress made, working very well as a team with the rest of the staff at Intercounty. GoogleI dealt with Emma in the first instance who I found to be friendly and helpful. Then during the process of my purchase, I also dealt with Andrew and Joshua. I found them all to be very helpful, responsive and they went the extra mile when needed. On moving day, rather than me have to go to Saffron Walden to collect my new house key, they brought it to me 3 miles away and gave it to my removal guys after discussing with me the best way that they could help. All round a professional, very good service from Intercounty Saffron Walden. Thank you very much.

There were many positive things that could be said about Intercounty previously but over the course of the last 12/18 months the service provided to landlords has fallen off a cliff. Multiple call and emails needed to actually get anything done, errors in payments and, oh when they decided to close an office and sell the rental book to another firm, informed me at 8.55am on the day the transfer took place.

We recently sold our property just outside of Saffron Walden with the assistance of Intercounty. We had tried a few other local agents previously but they put no effort in to try to sell the property, just waited for someone to look on Rightmove. The marketing was excellent and the photography was by far the best we had seen. Their communication between offices is what sold our house. We were kept up to date with progress especially as it got stressful at the very end of the process. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWould thoroughly recommend InterCounty Saffron Walden if you have a property to sell in the area. Peter Cuffaro and the team were professional and friendly throughout, and nothing was to much trouble. We were given an honest valuation by Peter from the outset and achieved a very close to the asking price sale. All viewings were conducted within the guidelines of the restrictions in place but still in a friendly manner. We were at no point subjected to any hard sales pitch’s which would have put us of immediately and although we dealt with most members of the team at some point the helpfulness was apparent across the board. GoogleWe were one of those folks making a hasty exit to France before the end of the withdrawal agreement. We only had 6 weeks to do this, contacted Intercounty and thought we were ahead of the game, having found our own tenants. When this didn't work out and having lost a few weeks in the process, we are delighted that our UK home is now let and the tenants have moved in.
