GoogleAndrew Kershaw and in fact the whole team at Intercounty are superb. If you'd like to bypass your stereotypical views of estate agents and deal with people who are professional yet lovely and real, then go with Intercounty. You won't regret it. We've gotten to know these guys so well during the process that we've now become friends! Such a great team who get the job done. Thankfully I'm never moving again but if I did, Andrew would be the man! 😊

GoogleOllie straight away came across very professional. He prepared a landlord package for me prior to the first call so I could get familiar with the renting market. He took his time to explain the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Although I decided to go with another agency it was a difficult decision and came down to the financial aspect.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I used Intercounty to sell my former matrimonial home, the team were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and committed. The service was second to none and I feel very fortunate to have had Clare, Charlotte, Abi and Peter working on my sale. The photos were great and professionally taken. Great service and in my opinion better than the rest. I would 100% recommend the team to Sell your home.

Intercounty were very effective, customer-focussed, professional letting agents. They understood our needs quickly and did not hassle us for feedback on every property we saw. They were knowledgeable and personable, whenever we needed information from them they were very prompt and professional. In particular this review applies to Harry S, who was our primary contact and very reliable throughout, however the rest of the team we engaged with were excellent too.

GoogleMy partner and I were away for the weekend in London and Vanessa kindly did a video tour of a property for us so that we didn’t miss out. Unlike other estate agents that we have used, Vanessa’s video was extremely descriptive and she thoroughly explained each room and details about the property. She even provided us with a courtesy call before hand. The whole experience was 10/10 and I would definitely love to work with Vanessa again.

In all my experiences with Intercounty Estate Agents the team were friendly and helpful with all enquiries. There were good handovers between team members which meant if the person I needed to speak to in the office wasn't in then somebody else was always able to deal with my enquiry. I would highly recommend Intercounty services to all.

Luke and Jack in the Chelmsford branch have both been so helpful! moving can be so stressful but they have been amazing and answered any questions that we have asked.
