GoogleNot very often you get to work with ppl who are exceptional at their profession. With the current state of uncertainty within the housing market, the increasing mortgage rates, losing out on my first house choice, a difficult seller at the second house choice, I nearly pulled out of selling my home and wait for things to settle back down. Luckily, I spotted a gorgeous cottage in the same village of choice listed by Intercounty I got in touch and the manager, Andrew arranged immediate viewing and my offer was accepted. An easy transaction, excellent communication, no delay or chasing, great customer service, nothing is too much, I was reassured at all times and I can’t recommend Intercounty enough! Thank you, for providing an excellent client experience in these stressful times. We love our new home, it’s a match made in heaven ❤️

Jade with the intercounty team has been absolutely amazing and is the main reason I have been able to move into my first home. I have tried different estate agents in the area and intercounty has by far been the most helpful. I would recommend intercounty 100%.

GoogleWhile organising a charity event for our local pre-school, we realised last minute that our signage had been lost from last year.I reached out to the team at Inter County, who organised 15 staked boards we could attach signage to in just 2 days, helping us out massively. I have worked with the team before on house valuations, and they are responsive, professional and thorough. The fact that they have gone above and beyond here as well is the icing on the cake. GoogleI have recently moved to the area for work and needed some guidance on location, pricing etc. I would like to call out the whole team as they have all supported me one way or another They treated me well which isnt always the case when buying as estate agents may consider their job is to look after the interests of the vendor. Their approach is win - win for both vendor and buyer, which is why I wanted to share this review.

GoogleIntercounty have recently sold my my rental property that they have managed for the last two years. The rental side was handled superbly by Jo, meaning i didnt really have to think or deal with any faults or repairs that cropped up. Issues that did crop up were handled professionally and speedily by the team. The sale side was similarly professionally handled by Andrew and Jordan. Firstly in finding a buyer and secondly in handling all conveyancing queries proficiently, including taking time out to visit the rental property to check out and solve the buyers requests. Clear, professional communications all around. I would recommend to family and friends.

Highly professional advisory by Andrew from the onset in every aspect of the housing market, he was a great listener, straight forward with us and attentive to detail who kept true to his word.
