From the outset, Emma, understood exactly what we were looking for and as a result the first house she showed us, was so perfect, that we put in an offer immediately! The efficient approach to all aspects of the administration that goes along with buying a house was impressive and we felt we could ask them anything at any time. We really couldn’t recommend Arkwright&Co more highly and in particular our heartfelt thanks go to Emma.

Cannot praise Arkwrights highly enough. A professional service from the first point of contact. Superbly helpful and efficient, a fast response to all queries and a helping hand whenever needed. This was especially important to to me during a difficult move from outside England. Thank you Dan. A true House-moving Hero.

Thank you for finding us a lovely new home to rent. Special thanks to Dan for guiding us through the checks, validations and contracting which needed to be done in very quick schedule. It has also been very easy to agree upon if anything was needing to be fixed in the house.

Grateful thanks to Arkwrights for their professional assistance in the letting and subsequent sale of our property. To Tom for his calm advice, Dan his cheery leasing experience and Grace her efficient persistence in pushing the sale through. Look no further, this agency is first class.

Arkwright & co were the best choice for selling our property. The whole process took a little longer than expected due to issues with solicitors however Grace always went the extra mile to give updates etc. We would certainly use Arkwright again.

The best letting agents I have dealt with by far, and I have dealt with quite a few! Daniel Edmunds was my letting manager and he was an absolute pleasure. Very responsive, professional and just a very nice and thoughtful person. I cannot recommend highly enough.

What a waste of time this estate agents was. Supposed to see a house at 2 pm and they didn’t turn up or could not be bothered to ring at all what a joke of a place. Especially as we drove for an hour and half to see the place

They were incredibly helpful - we had a property to rent and used Arkwright, who were not recommended to us - I picked them purely by chance and was very glad I did. They were efficient, professional, extremely helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a property to rent or rent out in the Saffron Walden area
