GooglePractical, Sensible, Knowledgable. Weekly updates once I had accepted an offer. No hype or hard selling (of their services). I wish I had appointed them initially but came to them after a year, one of their local competitors having failed (in every sense) to sell my house.

FacebookWe recently used Arkwright & Co for the sale of our family home in Stansted after Tom and team came recommended to us by a friend in Stansted who had used them only months before. I would be here all day if I explained the “journey” we have been on to secure our family home (marketed by another agent). But in a nutshell the whole team at Arkwright & Co were quite frankly brilliant. They got our marketing literature put together in a matter of days, gave us really good market advice, even advised us on sensible offers for properties we were viewing. Rebekah was our main contact during marketing and up until an offer was accepted on our sale and purchase. Grace then took over on our sales progression and with a proactive team on our side we were thrilled to exchange contracts on our sale and purchase in a little over 4 weeks from offers being accepted! The whole team are professional, friendly, helpful and they just made the whole experience seem easy. I wholeheartedly recommend them as a selling agent.

GoogleWe recently bought our new house through Arkwright & Co. Grace looked after us. I found her to be incredibly helpful, she was on the ball, chased our solicitor (who was less than incredibly helpful) and did her best to keep things moving! Grace checked in on us and our position on a regular basis, but always respectfully. We had a very tricky experience moving, and of all the parties involved Arkwright (Grace specifically) were the most professional, courteous and supportive. I am very grateful for their part in getting us over the line and into our new home before Xmas!

GoogleArkwright & Co were great from beginning to end with our house sale and onward purchase. Professional valuation of our home from Tom with guidance and advice before it went onto the market. We were really impressed with the efforts on photographing and filming the property to show it in its best light. Arkwright also did the EPC rating which made things easier. We had a complicated onward chain and having a dedicated sales progressor, Grace, to ensure our buyers were kept up to date on progress in addition to communication with our solicitor and the upward chain parties was brilliant. GoogleWe let a property from Arkwright & Co for a year and they were by far the best property management agency that we've ever dealt with. From signing the lease, all during the tenancy, and through the check out Dan was a pleasure to work with. We were always able to get ahold of Dan, or if we couldn't on the rare occasion, Zoe in the office would help with our queries and ensure a quick response. All issues or questions we had were quickly resolved, and, best of all, we were actually treated like humans, unlike with some other agencies that see tenants merely as a chequebook. I would highly recommend Arkwright & Co for any property letting or other real estate needs.
