GoogleWasted our time and resources. Rang up to enquire about a property and was offered advice which myself and my partner followed through with. Once we had everything in place, I rang back on the same day to book a viewing of said property only to be given completely different information. Use with caution.
Hi Niall, I’m sorry to hear you felt that your experience was short of expectations. Encouraging potential buyers to have a mortgage in principal pre-approved helps you to be prepared for buying a house and shows sellers that you’re able to get the funds in place to support your offer. Unfortunately it doesn’t guarantee that your offer will be acceptable and it’s up to the seller to decide whether your offer is accepted or whether they prefer to go with someone else. I hope you’ve found somewhere and have a terrific new home and we send our best wishes to you. GoogleArranged to view a property. The day before viewing I noticed the property was sold on rightmove. I thought I'd wait to see how long it took Goodlife to inform me.... they rang the next day 2 hours before my appointment. Good job I checked rightmove the day before and made other plans.
Hi Mr Cornell, thank you for advising us of your experience which you felt falls short of your expectations. I’ve reviewed the notes on the system and note that the owner agreed a sale on the property and that you had a viewing organised for 12.45 on 7th February. We called you just after 10am on 7th Feb to inform you and were unable to reach you. We then sent a text at 10.12am informing you. Obviously we’re delighted to agree another sale but disappointed that weren’t able to give you the length of notice you felt was reasonable and for that I apologise if this affected your plans. We do work in an extremely busy sales office and we agree multiple sales every day and when this happens we do have a policy of immediately alerting any pending viewings of properties have been sold. I’ve shared your feedback with the office and reinforced our desire to always keep people updated as early as possible. GoogleAbsolute shocking service. 5 months for a window seal in my bedroom to be fixed causing me to have to sleep at family members homes and heating on constantly. Also making the property unsafe as anyone could open the window from the outside. No discount on rent due to this. Constant emails and phone calls and a whole load of stress! FacebookCouldnt recomend goodlife any more, I've used them numerous times and the service is fantastic from start to finish every time, deans photography is brilliant, viewings are always dealt with efficiently and Ginas aftersales personally are the highlight for me, they don't just relax once offers are accepted, they give frequent updates and really focus on making sure completion is achieved. very impressed.
