GoogleCalled numerous times with enquiry after an application for renting a garage, no call backs , constantly told will get a call, never happened, finally told me 3 weeks later after chasing numerous times that it had gone elsewhere, extremely unprofessional!

According to our records we had several conversations with you about renting the garage and you were unsuccessful - which was communicated with you on the telephone (which I’ve listened to). I’m always keen to improve our service and communication where we can but I’m unable to avoid you being disappointed when the outcome isn’t what you want. Sadly this is the nature of the rental market when there are multiple applications for a property. I hope you find something suitable in due course. GoogleVery poor company. Very money driven reported problems with the property and most of times nothing was done. One repaire was reported and nothing was done for 3 years and recently had office staff talking utter rubbish and lies
Hi Andrew; I investigated your situation as naturally I was concerned about your comments. As a Lettings management company we require approval for any repairs from the landlord unless it’s a statutory landlord obligation (a legally required repair) in which case it would be instructed and the money for the repair recovered from the landlord. In your situation this wasn’t the case from what I can see and we were very much in the hands of the landlord despite our best efforts to assist. We do not gain financially in any way by not carrying out the repairs. In situations where landlords refuse to carry out statutory repairs we would immediately withdraw from the landlord relationship as we are as keen as anyone to do the right thing. I’m sorry that on this occasion you’ve been dissatisfied and frustrated and hope that you have a better experience if you rent in the future and I wish you well.

FacebookGood life sold our late father’s house for us recently. From the first contact phone call right through the process to sale completion they were excellent.
