On some occasions, we have properties which require updating or refurbishing, and in these cases it’s important we do show an accurate depiction of the property condition in order not to mislead buyers. It could be possible that the property you looked at may have been one of those. Hi Mr Anonymous, after 25 years of valuing property in and around the Sunderland area I’ve never been aware of anything like this. I’m disappointed you have an anonymous profile and are posting anonymously because we do get instances of competitor companies posting malicious and fictitious Google reviews and it’s difficult to separate fact from fiction and therefore resolve genuine concerns people may have. Members of the public reading reviews are intelligent enough to make their own minds up about companies and can usually see whether reviews are genuine or not.

Hi June; when we take on a new property the board often goes up next day but it takes 2 or 3 days for a property to appear live on the internet portals like RightMove or Zoopla - all agents are the same more or less. I can only assume you might have been caught between the two processes and a phone call to us would have provided the information you required.
