Hi Nathan, thanks for leaving a review. I’d like to clarify our position on this. Good Life Homes do not have a position one way or another on pets. We look after properties for landlords and follow their instructions. Sometimes, certain leasehold properties like flats for instance, can have legal restrictions preventing keeping of any pets or specific pets and rightly or wrongly these are in place to ensure the wider community with whom the flat may share space, can all live without disturbance. We’ve just put a tenant into a house and she has a dog and this was fine as the landlord was ok with this and there was no legal covenant preventing it. On a personal note, I love animals having been a dog and a cat owner, a parrot owner and I also have 300 budgies! I suggest you register with us and make it clear what kind of pet you have and our system enables us to send property options to you which might not have pet restrictions in place.
