GoogleI have used RR for over five years with two rentals. The service and feed back has been excellent and both properties as far as the actual rental aspect was concerned. Cannot praise Lydia enough - knows the market very well. GoogleWhen my wife and I decided to let, what up until then had been, our holiday home in Rye, we were both very hesitant as this was our first venture as 'Landlords'. We were very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was made for us, by the Reeds Rains staff. Our contact, Lydia, explained everything in detail and put us at our ease. Lydia has continued to be a great support and has never failed to answer any queries very quickly and professionally. Reeds Rains found a really nice tenant who seems to have settled in well and is liked by the neighbors. Great service, and very pleasant people to work with.

GoogleRecently sold my first property through Reeds Rains Rye. Apprehensive about the whole process so got three valuations and went with the middle one, RRR, which also offered the use of a conveyancing company. So pleased I did! Had a number of potential buyers in week one and agreed a sale with one of those. Any phone calls or emails I made to RRR or the conveyancing company were answered the same day or next day. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly and had good knowledge of the my estate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RRR. Thanks Stuart and staff!

GoogleFound Reed Rains Rye to be very good to begin with, however whilst going through the referencing Experian were dragging out the process for over 2 weeks, we had to constantly chase up Experian and never received even one phone call from Experian, half way through Reed Rains decided to place the property back on the market, without even a courtesy call to update us on the reason for this. Once Experian contacted Reed Rains to let them know that they wouldn't be able to reference us because even though we had given them everything they had asked for, they never contacted us to let us know they needed more. Reed Rains went straight back to the landlord instead of contacting us first to allow us time to give Experian a call to see if we could resolve this, as a result the landlord decided he wanted to refuse our application and on the same day someone else had payed the set up fees for the same property and it has been taken off the market again. This seems very coincidental to me and seems as due to the fact they placed it back on the market while we were going through referencing it seems as if they received an offer from someone else and decided not to give us the opportunity to rectify Experian's inability to carry out the job we paid them to do so as to allow them to take on these new prospective tenants. To say the least we are appalled with this service and will never again be using Reed Rains for any future properties. Because of Lydia's persistent attitude in recommending and assuring us that we should give in our notice as soon as possible and that everything would go through with no problems provided all the details we gave them were correct, which they were, we are now in a very awkward situation where our landlord will not allow us to retract our notice. we now have less than a month to find a new property due to Reed Rains incompetency

GoogleReeds Rains Rye have been excellent. We bought our property through them and they had endless patience with what turned out to be e protracted purchase. We have also used them to find our tenants. So far they have given us the best service and found the best tenants for us. Lydia was incredibly helpful-making sure that our tenants understood all of the paperwork. We have also found the local knowledge of the staff invaluable.
