GoogleThe Ruthin staff have to be the most rude and obnoxious people i have had the displeasure to come across, would never recommend them to any one, stay away from them, house buying selling is one of the most traumatic things you can do and these people will ensure it is a nightmare, they make mistake after mistake, nothing is there fault

GoogleA very good firm to deal with. We have sold two properties through Cavendish and have found the firm to be professional, attentive and polite. We were well advised, and kept in touch with developments throughout. Next time we come to sell, we will have no hesitation in using them again.
