I cannot recommend Cavendish highly enough. Our house attracted three offers within a week of being put on the market, two of them very near the asking price, the best of which we quickly accepted. Hugh Evans took some outstanding photos, which clearly made a big difference to people's interest in the property. He knows very well how to present to greatest advantage. And it was a great pleasure to meet him and hear a selection from his "confessions of an estate agent", which were of course entirely innocent! I'm waiting for the book. Caroline Crawley handled everything from that point, so pleasantly and efficiently - and with genuine care and concern for our interests. This was an entirely positive experience, which was enough to restore one's faith that we are not all going to the dogs! Thank you to all at Cavendish and congratulations on an exceptional service.

Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time

GoogleOur experience was trouble free, nice photos and description of property and good communication with viewing appointments. All staff pleasant and approachable. Office was handy in the middle of Ruthin.

It is essential for estate agents to fulfill their legal obligation of disclosing any known issues that may impact a buyer's decision regarding a property. Unfortunately, in my personal experience, this company failed to disclose significant information in my case. I was genuinely taken aback by the management's apparent lack of comprehension regarding consumer legislation. As a result, the matter is currently under investigation by the Property Ombudsman.

GoogleCharlie and his Angels cannot hold a candle to Hugh and the girls at Cavendish Ruthin ! The whole team are amazing we cannot recommend enough they really are THE BEST estate agents. They offer a simply superb service , approachable, friendly and they go above and beyond at providing the best service possible. Please do not hesitate if you want to sell your property put it in their capable hands.

Need more than 5 stars! The process of selling our house took 19 months and without the consistent help and support including tears and laughter of Caroline we would never had got to our new house. Any issues and concerns were always supported and thoroughly helped so we could make the process happen. So 100 stars would be about right. Thank you utterly totally and completely x x x

Very impressed with everything about Cavendish following on from a rather difficult sale. The entire staff were simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they undertook numerous viewings at a moment’s notice to fit in with potential buyers and then provided me with excellent follow up feedback and advice. This is what true professional estate agency is all about, not massive TV advertising using expensive actors, where in reality, sellers do much of the work themselves, but experienced locally based staff who know their market. As a tenant, found a senior member of the Mold office difficult. Every e mail from her was curt and officious, with no need. They seem to default to the stance that every tenant is going to wreck the property or leave it in a bad condition - which we did not nor ever would. Would not rent from them again.

Living in a different area from the property we were selling could have been difficult. We were, however, kept informed by email and telephone throughout the process. They even helped us find a tradesman when one was needed.
