GoogleWe found Cavendish Residential to be really excellent Agents. Ours was not an easy purchase, in that we were buying whilst based in a foreign country with Covid as an added problem. At every stage Caroline, Gaynor and Luned were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The sale went through on time and I believe they served the interests of both the Vendors and the Purchasers in an even-handed and courteous way. I would recommend Cavendish Residential without reservation.

GoogleWe recently completed on a purchase through Cavendish in Rhuthun. As we were relocating from some distance away we were most appreciative of the excellent communication and regular updates that we received. Lun, Gaynor and Caroline were always happy to help with our enquiries, never failed to respond to us and did a great job liaising with the vendor. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a property through them.

GoogleCavendish Ruthin have sold two propertys for us that where not at all straightforward sales, but from the initial first meeting with Hugh, right through to completion,the staff could not have been more helpfull, especially Caroline who went above and beyond to keep us and our buyers in the loop with everything that was happening. Thank you all, we would highly recommend using Cavendish .

Tried to book viewings on a property, lady on the phone wasn’t very helpful and by the sounds of it they don’t have a lot of time to show people properties, she wasn’t bothered when we said we’d leave it, she just said ok and bye, if I was the owner of that property I’d be very angry that they haven’t gone out their way to schedule a viewing, disappointing service.

Fantastic service from Cavendish. Lots of interest in our cottage - we sold within 48 hours of going on the market. Luned and Caroline kept me informed of the process all the way down the line. Although it was a long drawn out procedure- not their fault- they kept pushing he solicitors along. Nice and friendly gave good, experienced advice when necessary.

Not been great at all! Been renting a property that’s just awful, so many issues from Dec 2023 that still have not been sorted and it’s now June! Asked to leave early and they have told me I need to pay the monthly rental and CT as well as £535+ VAT to leave. Kitchen cupboards not put on properly, curtain poles hanging off, mould in the en suite, not even given a new toilet seat, not cleaned for when we moved in, told not to use the gas fire😳 front door opens when it’s not locked, lounge door bangs when closed, most of the windows in the property have blown and you can’t see out of them. I could go on! Some issues have been sorted however the most concerning one is still outstanding! Have sent numerous emails and was told by a lady in the Mold office that ‘the landlord won’t do anything now as it’s the summer’ absolutely ridiculous!! Sort yourselves out Cavendish I’m paying £900 per month!!!

GoogleI cannot recommend Cavendish highly enough. Our house attracted three offers within a week of being put on the market, two of them very near the asking price. We Hugh Evans took some outstanding photos, which clearly made a big difference to people's interest in the property. He knows very well how to present to greatest advantage. And it was a great pleasure to meet him and hear a selection from his "confessions of an estate agent", which were of course entirely innocent! I'm waiting for the book. Caroline Crawley handled everything from that point, so pleasantly and efficiently - and with genuine care and concern for our interests. This was an entirely positive experience, which was enough to restore one's faith that we are not all going to the dogs! Thank you to all at Cavendish and congratulations on an exceptional service.

Cavendish have sold 2 of our houses in the past, happy with the service so instructed them to act for us again. Eventually sold but not without its challenges, no assistance with viewings (doesn’t work Wednesdays or Sundays, too short notice so gave up asking). Asked for advice on improving chances of sale, shrugged shoulders and said reduce price by X% to register on Rightmove. Very little in the way of sales negotiation, very much left to me to decide on how to proceed. Email to say a sale had fallen through-expected a phone call given the significance of this. Overall a poor experience this time
