We were first time buyers a year and a half ago with Simpson and Weekly, the whole process ran smoothly without any trouble and they were fantastic throughout. Fast forward a year and we were selling with them. Again, fantastic. Tiff put some serious work in getting onto buyers solicitors further down the chain when there was trouble to keep everyone in the know about how things are progressing. Would highly recommend these to anyone. I for one wont be using anyone else

I put two offers in with this company, one with Nicola and one with Chris. I had to chase Chris twice to see if my higher offer had been accepted and he said he would get back to me. ( nearly two weeks ago ) He never did, and today I find out another offer has been accepted and I didn’t even get the courtesy of being asked if I wanted to place a higher offer, or that it wasn’t accepted. This is all over a three week period. I could have offered their client more, and I am a certified buyer with no chain. Absolutely useless service. The manager of the branch was also supposed to call me back as I wasn’t happy with the service. Guess what…. They never did.
