Having originally purchased through Simpson & Weekley in 2016, we had no hesitation in returning to them when the time came to move on. Clear and concise communication from start to finish takes the pain out of the process, and if ever Alexi wasn't around when we called, we were always able to get or pass on the information required from another member of staff, who were always up to speed.

I appreciate I haven’t gone the whole hog on giving Simpson and Weekley estate agency an exceptional score but in honesty it would have to be very exceptional. However I can only recommend people to go through them in the event of buying and/ or selling their property. I chose Simpson and Weekley because they have a member of staff dedicated to sales progression. I was informed every step of the way and felt I could call at any time. Jon the Office Manager helped me complete some of the legal paperwork and that was a relief as it needed to be exactly right. I preferred to do that in person rather than over the phone. I was present at some of the viewings and could see how professional and enthusiastic they were about my house. I was delighted to achieve the full asking price.
