GoogleThrough no fault of Simpson & Weekly it's been 18 months since we started the moving process, lost a buyer then managed to get another one, two houses mum was going for couldn't go through but I have to say the team have been amazing throughout, constant updating, caring, friendly and we want to give a special mention to Alexi who is a legend ! She couldn't of done anything more

GoogleAlexi kept me and my son updated on regular basis by phone and email. She kept chasing our Solicitor to speed up the process as well as answering all enquiries raised. Thank you very much for all your help and support during the process of purchasing the property.

GoogleIf you’re U.S. military Simpson & Weekley were a very big help with the whole renting process. There were some growing pains but if you are working with the Housing office and Simpson & Weekley I’m sure things will turn out just fine. Ask for Alison.

GooglePoor communication, misleading advice, and mishandled tenancy. My experience with Simpson & Weekley has been extremely disappointing, particularly towards the end of my tenancy. Communication was consistently poor, with emails often ignored or only responded to after repeated chasing. Clear and timely information was regularly lacking, which caused unnecessary stress. When it came to ending my fixed-term tenancy, I was given misleading and contradictory advice, despite my contract being clear. Clause 19 of the agreement explicitly confirmed that no notice was required at the end of the fixed term, yet this was repeatedly questioned. Rather than acknowledging the contractual position, the matter was handled defensively and unprofessionally, and I was made to feel as though I was at fault for simply following the terms of my agreement. I was also concerned that inaccurate or misleading information appeared to be passed on to the landlord, which contributed to avoidable misunderstandings. Throughout this period, I was repeatedly threatened with deposit deductions, often without any clear evidence or justification being provided to support these claims. Deposit-related queries lacked transparency, and clear guidance on next steps was not provided. What should have been a straightforward end-of-tenancy process was made unnecessarily difficult due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, and disorganisation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Simpson & Weekley.

GoogleAll of the staff made the process of selling and buying so easy. We were updated daily, if things needed chasing, it was done! The staff are friendly and helpful. No question was to much trouble for them to answer or find out an answer for. Overall made what could have been a very stressful experience as stress free as it could be.

GoogleWe have recently just rented a property through S&W Rushden and we were looked after by Nicola, the lettings manager. She was so friendly and personable. She was super informative and very patient with our questions and eagerness to get into the house. It is my fiance and mines first house together so it was very exciting! She was polite throughout the entire process and sent information over in a timely manner. We would absolutely recommend anyone to her if they wanted to rent in Rushden!

GoogleEveryone at Simpson&Weekly has been really helpful from the first viewing to the final completion. The viewing was accompanied and everything was explained to us. We were guided through the negotiation stage till a price was agreed and then all calls and emails were replied to very quickly. The whole team have been helpful and professional.

This is by far the best house we have seen, and to think we would have missed this gem if I hadn't booked the first house viewing. Which I wasn't originally going to do!
