GoogleAVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT AT ALL COSTS! I had a btl a few years ago, I was put of with the whole venture after Mike Neville vetted the tenants, which stopped paying the rent which cost me a lot of money and stress after going to court to get my property back. Because of this experience it affected me then and now as I still think about it and the potential future income I have lost since selling due to getting out of the lettings game due to this one incident. They don’t care as this was one property out of hundreds on there books. I put my trust in people I don’t even know. Very poor agent.

GoogleI'm not one to write complaints, but have been messed around and frustrated by this company and am extremely disappointed. They cancelled on me twice last minute when I was booked to view a property to let. Then they called and arranged a third viewing. Once I got to the property there was noone there. When I called, it turned out the property had already been let and they couldn't get through to me to cancel the viewing (although I have no missed calls on my phone from them). No one thought to at least send a text? Just unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

I have had plenty of viewings from Mike Neville estate agents in the past and it’s never too much to ask. I even went to the same property 4/5 times and every time I requested a viewing they squeezed me in. Prompt, punctual and professional. Certainly the best estate agents in Rushden! GoogleMike Neville sold a property for my brother and I. The whole transaction, from outset to completion (Oct 16), was professionally managed. Foremost impression was communication, which was excellent throughout. Indeed almost all our progress updates were from James, following his frequent dialogue with all involved solicitors. ( In marked contrast to the lack of volunteered communication from our own solicitor, I must say). GoogleWorst letting agent around for landlords. Had a property that we wasn’t happy with the way they was managing it and got offered a higher rent by another agent to switched. The staff were then completely rude and hurt that we did this and so we pulled a few of other properties from our portfolio from them and to be fair it’s the best decision made. If a landlord considering using Mike Neville in Rushden I wouldn’t recommend and speak to other agents in the area and will guarantee better rates, service for your tenants and also professionalism and not rude staff.
