Google5 stars definitely earned by the whole team for getting a good result after a long and frustrating probate sale. All phone calls were quickly returned, we never had to chase. Special mention for Daniel for his patience and ability to get answers when we were getting nowhere with the probate team.

GoogleI should have read the reviews before even bothering with these Estate Agents - 27th May they listed a property to rent - I enquired the same day, quite soon after it had been put onto Rightmove. They explained it was still tenanted so because of Covid, I can't view until end of June (fair enough). I waited for a few weeks - 2 weeks ago I emailed, regarding another property but also mentioned the previous one I was waiting to view - just to see if they'd been able to move out early, I was advised they had not, and it would be end of JULY. I asked them to clarify it's definitely now end of July, and not June as previously advised, I ended the email with yes that's fine, please let me know once they have vacated. I got no response from this email. 2 days ago I then got an automatic email to say it's been rented out already... I emailed asking why they'd not contacted me - they responded there were so many enquiries, they did it in the order people enquired (that's fine) but no apology or anything for giving me false information that it wasn't vacant until July... Not very professional, I will definitely be avoiding.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

From initial valuation to completion they made the whole process stress free through their excellent communication skills and professionalism. I particularly liked their app which showed progress of viewings and the sale. I would recommend and use them again without hesitation.

GoogleI rented a property for them for nearly 3 years. Before i sign the contract and moved in i told them of certain repair and maintenance that needed to be done, It took them 2 years to even start on this repair maintenance in the end even though they assured me it would be done before the moving date. They tend to hire there own people in to do maintenance which means it takes for ever to get stuff done, a wall inside needed to be repainted due to cracks it took them over half a year to get this done, were multiple occasion their painters said they would come and not show up on the day. How many free days i have wasted because of mike neville in 3 years time would count towards a months salary They day i wanted to move out they demanding professional carpet cleaning even though it was not done when i moved in. Not willing to accommodate the checkout inspection to my schedule at all gave them multiple days i could do it but they just didn't care. In the end i got the whole house professional cleaned and they still wanted to keep part of my deposit. I disputed this of course as i had proof that the work was done by a professional company. I have giving them ample time to rectify the dispute before raising it but they did not care, this is the reason i place this review My experience would is this company would get 1 star and i would not rent from them ever again they do not follow the Guidance on unfair terms in tenancy agreements set out by the government and are really hard to get into contact when you need them for anything. They also bug you ever 3 months to see the house but not do anything with the repairs or maintenance that has been noted than.

GoogleMyself and my partner and 3 children under the age of 3 moved over from milton keynes to rushden after a couple of weeks the en-suite started to leak through the living room ceiling I had to turn off the water. It took a couple of weeks for the leak to be fixed but in that time we couldnt use the en-suite that we paid for and weren't compensated for it. Then the fridge freezer that was supplied by the landlady stopped working we had to dispose of it ourselves. The landlady dropped off another fridge for us to use. Then a week later we were given 2 months notice to vacate the property because the landlady was supposidly selling the house. So after 7 months and dropping off a fridge seeing that the house was being occupied by a family with 3 young children all of a sudden the landlady was selling up. Then it came to moving out this june of this year when we had all the terrible rain well we had emptied the house spent a whole day cleaning with it being like a monsoon outside with 3 children. Now I'm not a professional cleaner and neither is my partner so we cleaned the house the best we could and it did not state in the contract that it had to be cleaned to a professional standard. The next day there were some issues with the cleaning little bits of rubbish in the garden light stains on the carpet, what most reasonable people would class as general wear and tear but no not mike neville. We had offered to come back to the property to make good what was wrong seeing as though we needed to recouperate as much of our deposit as we could seeing as though we were given such little notice to move out, but the landladys daughter who had nothing with the property said no. So mike neville found the most expensive cleaning contractors the could to do the work, and out of £925 deposit we got back £310. A week before we moved out we noticed the the house we were tenting had been put back up for rent for an extra £25 per month. Then when we handed the keys we told that on the verysame day that the landlady had decided that infact she couldnt sell due to loosing too much money although it was back up on there website a week before . More lies. We are still waiting for all of the invoices for all the work carried out on 60 regency court rushden but they keep blowing us off its been over a month now. They have sent us out photocopies on invoices stating the originals are for their records....hold on i paid for it not them copies can be doctored. I would strongly suggest anyone who is thinking of renting through mike neville to think long and hard before doing so.

GoogleShocking, My family members life was turned upside down by neglect of this agent who play with peoples lively hood. Emma needs to be put on a people/honesty/training course. Terrible agent they cant even respect there business neighbours.
