GoogleGreat team having both dealt with sales and lettings over the last 5 years . Upfront and honest and also very friendly every member of staff I have dealt with has gone that extra mile to assist before its even necessary to ask. A refreshing change for an estate agent.

GoogleI also wished I had looked at the reviews and I wouldn’t have gone through what I had. They tried to charged for 2 weeks I wouldn't live there and they didn’t like that I didn’t want to pay the money because no one told me I would have to pay for the full month to only move in half way through the month. After starting I would want a refund I was ignored for long periods of time, after being polite throughout, I eventually said ‘don’t ignore me’ and I got a reply saying being rude won’t get you anywhere rather than providing me information to do with my refund and still no reply for days. Eventually after over a week I called and again mentioned my frustration and problem and calling over and over they got annoyed with me calling and emailing which I eventually received the refund but I didn’t only receive a refund I also received an email saying “ I did say that being rude will not get you anywhere, so hopefully you can learn from that.” Do not choose this agency if you wished to be treated like a mature adult with respect because they will not provide you with that. Adam Macleod chose to ‘teach me a lesson’ by not giving me a refund or providing me information.

Google5 stars definitely earned by the whole team for getting a good result after a long and frustrating probate sale. All phone calls were quickly returned, we never had to chase. Special mention for Daniel for his patience and ability to get answers when we were getting nowhere with the probate team.

GoogleI should have read the reviews before even bothering with these Estate Agents - 27th May they listed a property to rent - I enquired the same day, quite soon after it had been put onto Rightmove. They explained it was still tenanted so because of Covid, I can't view until end of June (fair enough). I waited for a few weeks - 2 weeks ago I emailed, regarding another property but also mentioned the previous one I was waiting to view - just to see if they'd been able to move out early, I was advised they had not, and it would be end of JULY. I asked them to clarify it's definitely now end of July, and not June as previously advised, I ended the email with yes that's fine, please let me know once they have vacated. I got no response from this email. 2 days ago I then got an automatic email to say it's been rented out already... I emailed asking why they'd not contacted me - they responded there were so many enquiries, they did it in the order people enquired (that's fine) but no apology or anything for giving me false information that it wasn't vacant until July... Not very professional, I will definitely be avoiding.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

From initial valuation to completion they made the whole process stress free through their excellent communication skills and professionalism. I particularly liked their app which showed progress of viewings and the sale. I would recommend and use them again without hesitation.

GoogleI rented a property for them for nearly 3 years. Before i sign the contract and moved in i told them of certain repair and maintenance that needed to be done, It took them 2 years to even start on this repair maintenance in the end even though they assured me it would be done before the moving date. They tend to hire there own people in to do maintenance which means it takes for ever to get stuff done, a wall inside needed to be repainted due to cracks it took them over half a year to get this done, were multiple occasion their painters said they would come and not show up on the day. How many free days i have wasted because of mike neville in 3 years time would count towards a months salary They day i wanted to move out they demanding professional carpet cleaning even though it was not done when i moved in. Not willing to accommodate the checkout inspection to my schedule at all gave them multiple days i could do it but they just didn't care. In the end i got the whole house professional cleaned and they still wanted to keep part of my deposit. I disputed this of course as i had proof that the work was done by a professional company. I have giving them ample time to rectify the dispute before raising it but they did not care, this is the reason i place this review My experience would is this company would get 1 star and i would not rent from them ever again they do not follow the Guidance on unfair terms in tenancy agreements set out by the government and are really hard to get into contact when you need them for anything. They also bug you ever 3 months to see the house but not do anything with the repairs or maintenance that has been noted than.
