Very long and hard process to sell my house but MNEA helped out every step of the way and helped find the right buyer for us. A process that should be fun and full of enjoyment (still had that) turned out to be long and arduous but MNEA kept our hopes up and assured us that it was all going smoothly. Mike Neville Estate Agents sold my house in Rushden. The procedure of putting it up for sale went promptly and smoothly thanks to James. The photographs and details were all completed very quickly and the brochure was lovely thanks to Ben and Chris. We were reluctant to have a sale board up and without it viewings were few owing to the state of the market. Once the sale board went up a friend of ours expressed interest in buying the house, and Mike Neville's handled the tricky matter of negotiating between friends absolutely seamlessly. The team were then called upon to exert their authority and influence in chasing at the various stages in the process, and without their intervention the sale seemed as if it would drag on, so our grateful thanks and appreciation for all their efforts, Chris in especial particular, we cannot thank you enough.

After a not so great experience with another local agent James and the team were a breath of fresh air. Got the ball rolling quickly and everything was explained clearly. Viewings were arranged with plenty of notice with possible buyers who were genuinely interested in the property. I received feedback following each viewing. Sue has been incredibly welcoming and helpful during my move. From the point of the viewing to collecting the keys today she has been so friendly, welcoming and very responsive. I am extremely familiar with the process as i work in the industry myself but her can do, kind and calming personality was exceptional. Since I live in the USA I was not sure how easy it would be to sell a house in Rushden. Mike Neville's was recommended to me, and they certainly delivered. They were helpful through every step of the process, particularly James Coles and Callum Gameson. They went above and beyond in helping me complete detailed questionnaires from the solicitor that required physically visiting the house (impossible for me to do from across the Atlantic!). We had a very positive experience from the outset when we approached Mike Neville Estate Agents to make a purchase. Chris Brett went the extra mile, keeping us updated on a weekly basis via email and calls, ensuring full transparency throughout, and proactively liaising with the vendor and the vendor's solicitior to chase things along. All of his hard work removed the usual stress encountered with the long silences that usually occur during a house purchase.
