Mike Neville Estate Agents sold my mother's house in Higham Ferrers recently. They were prompt in attending after my initial call. I never felt rushed and was given time to talk through what I wanted. The photographs and measurements were completed very soon after my meeting with James. The two guys were quick and efficient and produced a very good representation of the house. The for sale sign also went up quickly and the house was advertised accurately and quickly. This resulted in an early sale. Overall I was very satisfied with the service provided.

The team worked very hard in a sluggish Rushden market to secure multiple sales for my flat, unfortunately due to changes to leasehold law the sale was seriously delayed in the negotiation of a new lease costing me many thousands of pounds, I felt the team although obviously very keen to see the sale completed, and did not fully understand the huge stress that legal process had put me under loosing sales in a falling market.
