GoogleI recently sold my flat at Mansons, with Deborah Thorpe. The service was fantastic. I believe the valuation and marketing was accurate and supported good offers within days of marketing. Deborah then continued to liaise appropriately between myself, the buyer and solicitors to keep the process moving, going beyond her obligations. I very much apppreciated the approach Mansons adopted and the support provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mansons in the future.

GoogleAVOID *** Terrible experience as students and we completely feel as though we have been taken advantage of! Communication was always unhelpful and maintenance issues always took months to be resolved. Full deposit was never returned as they stated it was left unclean even though the inspector stated it was in the best condition he had seen. Make sure to take thorough photos of the property’s condition/ cleanliness when you move in, if you don’t, like us, they’ll use it against you at the end of the tenancy. They quite frankly try to make money out of you as and where they can.

For clarity, all deposits we handle are protected with My Deposits, a government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme. This means that tenants always have the option to raise a dispute with the scheme if they disagree with any proposed deductions. Importantly, any deductions made from a deposit are used solely to return the property to its original condition subject to "fair wear and tear", for example, to cover cleaning or repairs for damage, and are not retained as profit by Mansons. We regret that you feel the communication and maintenance process did not meet your expectations, and we will review your comments internally to see where and if improvements can be made. GoogleVery disappointing experience dealing with GetAgent. We disputed an invoice relating to a client who was already personally known to our business through a long-standing family connection prior to any alleged referral. Despite providing evidence and explaining the background in full, it felt like the matter was handled purely by rigid terms and conditions rather than looking at the actual circumstances fairly and reasonably. Communication became focused on threats of debt collection and legal escalation instead of genuine investigation or resolution. As a business, we value fairness, transparency, and relationships with our clients, so this experience has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, due to how this matter has been handled, we will no longer be using GetAgent’s services going forward.

GoogleThis site popped up as we were looking to put our house on the market. I gave it a try and it helped us narrow down the estate agents in our area to the most suitable. It made the whole ‘choosing the best fit’ so much easier. You get a full set of reviews for each agent, listing times and other useful snippets, including what percentage of the asking price they get on average. It’s a really useful tool to use and I’m glad I took a chance on it!
