Lawrence Rand at Ruislip Manor is a terrible estate agent. I have been with them for four years as tenants, they are never helpful with anything. I have left 15 days leaving the property in perfect condition, landlord is still holding my deposit with no reason. Do avoid a ground floor apartment at Garden Close, it’s a freezing and mouldy apartment and the landlord will never do anything they promised.
We're sorry you feel this way after four years with us. Deposit matters are handled through the government-approved deposit scheme, which decides any dispute independently.
