GoogleVery unpleasant experience and horrible service from Lauren. She hanged up the phone on my face after changing my date of viewings. After calling back, the person who answered the phone claimed that I was being rude to her. Absolutely terrible experience and rude staff. Its as if they were working in Mcdonalds.

Google6 years later - We sell that same house from Mansons. We move to a larger house with our two young boys. True to form, Mansons were personable, friendly, diligent and a pleasure to do business with. I would fully recommend this Estate Agent in the North East. Special mention to Deborah and Nick Manson for their personal service. 6 years earlier - we buy a house from Mansons: Excellent service all round.
