We pride ourselves on our customer service and as many of our other reviews show, customer experience is usually extremely positive, particularly in terms of our communication and response to enquiries. I have looked into your particular case and can see that you made an enquiry via Rightmove on 12th November. We sent you an email straight back asking you to provide us with some further information so that we could arrange your viewing and assist you further. We can see that you opened the email on 12th and also again on 13th, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply. I understand that you subsequently spoke to a member of our staff on the telephone and we last tried to call you on Saturday 28th November, but there was no answer and there was no option for us to leave a message.
