Sam and the team (notably Elaine) dealt with the house sale of our late mother's house, which completed today. We have received first class service and support throughout the process, from start to finish. We dealt with Sam before when Mums house went on the market before, but didn't progress then as Mum changed her mind. We went back to Gibbs as impressed with Sam before and with Gibbs client customer service as well as being competitive as regard pricing. So glad I chose Gibbs Gillespie to help me sell my aunts house. I instantly warmed to Sam, he was friendly and knowledgeable and clearly knew the area so well. What can I say about amazing service I received from Gibbs staff. I am out of words but I will still try to express my feelings here. Midst of everything going around I got my dream house keys about 2 months ago. Yes that's how much it took me to sink in and write reviews. During pendamic it was easy and all safety measures taken care during viewing process. Each one at Gibbs Riislip have been very supportive, responsive and professional in entire process. Especially Ellain who has been talk therapist when we had glitch during our purchase process. It was our first house and I wasn't sure how things will fall in place when had some legal issue, Ellain had been so confident and helpful during the closing process that I have no words to express my gratitude towards her. 🙏 is so extremely happy and excited to receive keys from her hands. I am not normally one to post an online review, but I have to say Gibbs Gillespie have been fantastic with the sale of my property. I have dealt with other estate agents in the area but they do not compare to the level of service, competence, expertise and the number of viewings of my property that Gibbs Gillespie generated which was a key thing for me. Once you agree to a sale through Gibbs Gillespie they have a dedicated move manager who ensures the whole sales process goes through smoothly from start to finish. Overall it has been a great experience selling my property through Gibbs Gillespie and I highly recommend using them if you are selling your property in the near future! Special mention must go to Peter who initially handled the listing and leading the sales process and also Luca who was my dedicated move manager which is a great touch by Gibbs Gillespie and was my point of contact between myself and the buyer and our respective conveyancers which enabled my sale to go through plain sailing!
