We were renting for the first time in the UK and our experience with Stevie from gibbs‑gillespie was second to none. Even though we finally didn't go ahead with the property, Stevie's availability, integrity and hand holding was truly commendable. I have to admit that we were dealing with around 10 other firms at the same time and hence 10 other agents, but none of them came close to providing us with the service and experience that Stevie showed. Throughout the process she was always reachable via email and phone. Prompt in her replies and ready to assist with any difficulties we had. She was very lovely and patient with us. My partner and I have had a great experience here during our first Letting Process. We have had Stevie as our Lettings consultant and she has been brilliant. Her communication has been great and always very prompt to respond to any questions that we had! I can’t thank her enough for how easy she has made this process, even down to assisting us with making an offer as we were not completely familiar with things like the average prices in the area and she helped us construct a number that we were happy with offering to the landlord while being completely transparent with us the whole time. This in particular made such a difference for us as we really feel like we know that we can trust her word.

Overall a good service

This review is for the Ruislip branch, where we were helped by Matt and Elaine in the sale of our property. Initially our experience was a little shaky. Gibbs were excellent at organising everything very quickly - we signed the contract at the beginning of the week and before the week had ended our home was listed with some beautiful photos. We were looking to sell during the height of the stamp duty holiday and our property was very overvalued, which probably hurt us a little in the beginning and caused us to miss a few opportunities. However, once the price was corrected we got some good offers in and felt well supported and informed at all times. We appreciated the consistent and regular updates. Elaine in particular was a great support during this time - especially when we were in the final stages of trying to complete and I will always be very grateful for her sympathetic ear. A little bit of kindness and understanding can mean the world to anxious sellers/ buyers. Many thanks for all your help in seeing our sale through to the end.

Sale with Gibbs Gillespie- Aqib

I have sold my property and GG were the selling agent, the whole sale process was so stressful due to delay from solicitor and one after another hiccups and it took almost 7 months to complete the sale. Aqib Hamid was dealing with my property, I must say he is man with lots of patience. If it was someone else, he/she would have gave on this sale long time back.
