Such a friendly and helpful team

Abraham Oommen and his colleagues, Edyta Pruszynska and Sam Collins at the Northfields branch of Gibbs Gillespie, have been nothing but amazing at supporting us through selling our family home and purchasing our next family home. From the first point of contact they were transparent, communicative and helpful. We did suffer from a slightly drawn out exchange process (owing to solicitors) but Abraham worked tirelessly to keep lines of communications open and helping co-ordinate to finalise exchange. As relatively inexperienced operators in house buying and selling it was reassuring to have Abraham and his team a call/email away to discuss anything from pricing strategies and home buyer surveys to small details around fixtures and fittings.We would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone considering buying or selling.

Possibly the worst real estate agency in the Ruislip area. They will hassle you for five star reviews when you first sign the tenancy agreement, sending email reminders to please review the service they provided. However as soon as you start living in the property and require assistance for faults picked up on the property, they will not get back to you, even if you keep chasing. It does not matter that you are making sure your rent is being paid on time every month, getting any sort of response from them to get things fixed is just not possible. Think calling will work or emailing them daily in hopes to get a response? Unfortunately not. Good customer service is nonexistent.

Gibbs Gillespie is an agent that I would never like to use again and I would not recommend anyone to use them.Its already 2 months since my tenancy agreement has finished and check out inventory has been completed with very minor issues(& this is After 8 hrs of tenancy.. ).I keep asking my deposit back and they do not reply my emails,they do not return my calls and they still have not charged me for anything..really ridiculous and totally unprofessional..

We had our rent increased and stared…

We had our rent increased and stared from 2 of December 2022. This happened in November. The agency didn’t check the contract and they assumed I should have paid the increase from November. The contact states clearly December. So for 50£ they didn’t even bother to contact me first or email me or anything. They went straight to debt collectors. And because their mistake now my credit score it’s ruined. That for 50£ and because they are to lazy to pick up the damn phone and ask kindly, mr x you have paid 50£ less for rent, do we have any issues? Why is the reason? Can you pay or we will call debt collectors… we’re disappointed with them.
