I have just bought a property and wanted to thank the staff for being so professional and helpful during the purchase. I would also like to thank Glenda for going that extra mile in making sure completion took place on the agreed date. It was a pleasure dealing with Lawrence Rand and I would not hesitate to recommend Glenda to anyone who wants a honest hardworking estate agent!!!

In this difficult times, school work is big task for every parent who is home schooling their kids, Laura Butler from Lawrence Rand Estate is absolutely brilliant, she offered school work printed and she arranged a COVID safe pick up, as far as I am concerned she went well beyond her normal duty. Given that the sale was chain free for both parties it was a long drawn out process due to the purchaser employing the services of an online 'property lawyer.' The promised weekly updates from the valuer/sales person were not forthcoming. It was not until Glenda Hall took up the mantle that we were kept in the loop. Many thanks Glenda. In all, a most frustrating experience.

Extremely annoying that they are littering our mailboxes with unsolicited marketing letters, directly addressed so the spam even has our address on it. I would not even consider using them as estate agents, we'd go with Purple Bricks organizing our viewings at the time it suits us. Had enough of these kinda leeches, thank you... And please STOP SENDING US THE ADDRESSED SPAM MAILS - WE DO NOT WANT THEM. Cheers.

Great service from the team. Alec Worrall in particular was a professional and calming influence. Even when I decided to update our mortgage rate, and completion was in jeopardy, he did really well to keep all parties calm. I am not giving 5 stars due to the first agent we had (won't give their name) going on paternity leave, but never disclosing this to myself prior. I understand the need to go on paternity leave, and wouldn't have minded at all if I knew near the begining of the journey that they would be going on leave. However, to call up the estate agent and suddenly hear by surprise our lead agent had gone on leave was a bit of a shock. I think greater transparency would be better
