Good communication from when I first registered on behalf of my family, being kept up to date and regularly contacted by Tom for new houses coming onto the market. When we agreed on a purchase if Tom wasn't available Others in the the team Ollie and Paul were able to assist all of them being polite and friendly The process generally went quite smoothly until the latter part, but again the team were helpful, giving advice and everything stayed on track. Tom also recommended the removal company too as did a number of others, who did a great job and helped make the move less stressful. Thank you.

We have recently purchased our new house through Lawrence Rand. We have dealt with a number of estate agents throughout this process and without a doubt Lawrence Rand were the most professional, friendly, helpful and thorough. We dealt with Peter and Glenda who were both fantastic. In particular Glenda was amazing at chasing people in the chain to ensure we moved as quickly as possible which we massively appreciated. It really felt like she went above and beyond what other agents would do. We moved in two weeks ago and I'm still receiving amazing customer service from them as we had some questions for the previous owners which Glenda is supporting us with! Right now we never plan to move again!... But if we ever do Lawrence Rand will be our agent of choice.

Hello, we are just about to complete on Friday on a house in Victoria Road. Its been a bumpy ride but estate Agent Tom Kerrane at Ruislip Manor has been Brilliant!! Lawrence Rand were incredibly helpful when we had to sell my sister's flat after she died. They had plenty of buyers lined up for open day; they held the keys and showed them round and we had offers straight away. Unfortunately it took six months to exchange contracts but that was certainly not the fault of Lawrence Rand, who kept in touch throughout and did their best to get things moving. Sometimes they had staff changes but there was always someone else ready to take over. Unfortunately one of the staff who left gave the buyers some incorrect information about the flat, but the person who did that is no longer with the company. Thanks to Robin, Andrew, Emma and all the team - continuing the proud tradition of Brendons who were in the area so many years ago. It's good to use a local firm who know their properties and local buyers' needs.

I would highly recommend Lawrence Rand to anyone that is looking to sell their property within Eastcote, Ruislip Manor, Ruislip area. These guys are a breath of fresh air. My wife and I were left with a month to complete on a property due to to the previous selling agents before our mortgage offer ran out, Peter and his team were round the same day to take photos and details of our property. The property was then marketed and over 12 viewings arranged within 2 days. From start to finish the process has been smooth and fast, which is something most of their competitors seem to be lacking in... I have been kept up to date on our buyers status and if I had any questions, the dedicated move manager was on hand via email or phone. I can not recommend highly enough this company and their can do attitude, which resulted in the quick sale of my property..

Lawrence Rand Estate Agents are fantastic. My boyfriend and I bought our first house through them and they made every part of the journey enjoyable. We felt informed about what was going on from start to finish. Anthony who set-up our appointments and supported our negotiations with the seller, Dawn that showed us the property with huge enthusiasm, and Emma our knowledgable Move Manager - they are all stars. Especially Emma, who was very patient with us as first time buyers, answered all our calls, getting information for us and even the odd face to face meeting where required. The advice she provided was excellent and delivered in a friendly yet professional manner - she really made the experience great.
