We were extremely happy with Jamie and his team who helped us get an offer accepted for our new house at the back end of 2024. Jamie was highly attentive and accommodating throughout the buying process, allowing us to view the property 4 times, answer any questions we had, and aid us in pushing the solicitors for answers which ultimately helped us move in before the stamp duty changes came into effect on April 1st 2025.

I’ve rented through Howkins and Harrison for 12 years and can honestly say that I have always been happy as a tenant under their management. Currently our property is under the care of Nikki and Lisa at the Atherstone branch. Appointments are made at a time suitable to Nikki and me, visits are friendly and helpful. Nikki is always cheerful and most importantly respectful that he is visiting your home. A complete contrast to the experience I have had with 2 other letting agents!!Great service as always from Howkins and Harrison. I genuinely would not go through any another letting agent!

After months and month of looking, We found our dream home though Howkins and harrison. The lady who show us around the house was really friendly and knowledgeable! We just knew this was our future home! We put in a offer and got accepted! Julian was my point of contact. I can't thank Julian enough for all the hard work he has done. He has gone above and beyond for us! We had a few bumps in the chain and Julian went out of his way to make sure everyone was communicating, happy and done everything possible to keep it all together! If it wasn't for Julian we wouldn't be buying our dream home now! So thank you! We really appreciate you! If I was to move again I would be calling Julian up straight away! I anticipated that moving house after 45 years living in our family home was going to be emotional and stressful. However, Julie Tavinor and the staff at Howkins and Harrison were just brilliant! At every step of the journey, they were there supporting and advising either by phone or email. I couldn’t have asked for more supportive or thoughtful people working for me. It was the manner in which the whole process was contacted right from the beginning, Karen and her team were relentless and they showed professional determination in making sure that there were no unnecessary delays, within a week of application processing the property was ready for us to move into it, she also went out of her way to help us with some start up furnitures she sourced from another tenant who was moving back to her country and for that we will forever be grateful to Karen.

I saw a house to rent with howkins and harrison Atherstone unfortunately we didn't get the property which was very upsetting for our family but lisa Swinnerton has been amazing trying to help us find another one people now a days no longer care about people or want to help but lisa goes out of her way a very kind, genuine, caring person. She is very easy to talk to so what ever your situation is tell them the truth because if lisa can help she will i highly recommend them. Both Nicole Ashenden and Karen Hickman from the Daventry branch have been nothing but helpful and kind! I have rented two properties through H&H and they have always been super transparent regarding the properties and supported me, giving frequent updates and reassurance. In our previous rental we were given the unfortunate news that the landlord was selling up which set off immediate worry as we have a young daughter, Karen called me to let me know and showed lots of compassion and offered me a alternative beautiful property within my price range which was better suited to my family, thus turning an unfortunate situation into a blessing in disguise. They had the property redecorated completely and ready for us within 4 weeks! Nicole and Karen have been a pleasure to speak to at all times and very swift with responses. 10/10 would recommend😊
