FacebookPoor services...5 months waiting for repairs to be done in a house I am renting in Coton Park. Every time I contact the agency someone new asks me what the problem is and the conversation ends with them promising to send someone who never shows up. I've just called them once again and spoke with 4 different people who asked me again what the problem is, giving me no other choice than to contact the ombudsman.

FacebookWe’ve been looking for a house for 3 weeks now and have had 3 appointments with Edward Knight. On the first occasion the estate agent turned up late with no apology and knew nothing about the property and was generally very unhelpful. On the second AND third occasion we sat outside the properties for 20 minutes and they estate agent never turned up. Unbelievably low level of customer service, will never go back again.

FacebookQuite the worst agents we have experienced. Just sat outside our third viewing waiting for them and they haven't turned up. Last viewing, for a house we really wanted they didn't turn up either and now we find it is no longer available. First viewing the agent managed to turn up 20 minutes late with no apology and knew nothing about the property! Do yourself a favour and give these people a miss.

They got asking price on my house within a week of it being on rightmove, kept me updated the whole way through without me chasing them, as I have had to do with other estate agents in the past, and helped get me to exchange and complete fast! I will surely only be going back to them again and will recommended them to everyone.
