He was constantly on hand for additional viewings, liaising with the previous owner and helping with the move. I would strongly recommend Edward Knight and am very grateful for all their assistance.

FacebookRented a property needed some work and general clean but was happy to take on property left the property 7 months later after laying out for complete decoration two brand new carpets two sets of curtains all out of my own pocket not a problem I was living there the let the games begin ladies and gentlemen time to try to get the deposit back let’s all give a big cheer for Becky the letting agent about as helpful as a boil on the nose is to a cheese sniffer asking for a list of jobs not a problem to resolve as my partner is in the trade so nice and straight forward,three times she had him back having to take time of work for the smallest things and brace yourself folks the last being an Rocket Lolly yes you heard a Rocket lolly to be removed from the freezer couldn’t make it up ! Glad to say the deposit they thought was in the Xmas bonus bag is heading back where it belongs and if I were you folks I would avoid this lot like a tramp avoids the bath !

GoogleNever ever have deals with this 0 responsabilities agency. All what you can get from them is just a lies. They will call you , they put you on the list or something. After one week they rent the house for somebody ellse, but they everyday was failin us that they waiting the keys, that they dont know when we can view the property. If you dont want to rent house for emigrants or what the reasons from youre side just say that - no you can not to see the property. Dont waist the other humans time, its not a joke, peoples are looking the house for living not for having to get fun, dont pretend that you are working where youre not.

GoogleWas supposed to receive my deposit back on the Monday, it's been a week now and haven't heard anything from the agents. Called in last week and was told I would get a call back on the day and deposit would be released. Again its been 3/4 days and have not heard anything. Had to ring again and get told to wait for a call back. Wonder if they would be this laid back about money owed if it was me that owed them. Considering I moved out on the 11th of July 2019 I feel like I have been more than reasonable in waiting to get my deposit back.
