Mandy at Edward Knights was so so helpful in firstly selling our house and then finding a lovely bungalow for us to purchase. She kept us informed all the way through the process which at times was testing and chased some of the solicitors who appeared to be on a go slow at times. Mandy went out of her way to help us and we will always be grateful for the effort she put in to secure our new home. Mandy was very helpful and polite with all of her dealings with us. Danni was our estate agent, while selling our property. The completion of the sale took over 12 months, but Danni contacted us regularly throughout the process and couldn't have been more helpful. I recently had a sale/purchase through Edward knights estate agents, although they got me an offer in the second day on the market, it became an absolute nightmare with regards to the five Solicitors and three Management companies,and not forgetting the buyers and sellers. Although Danielle and Paul gave excellent customer service, most of my dealings were with Mandy, who is an absolute star! Over the many months of this difficult transaction, Mandy was tenacious in obtaining required information, pushing third parties for answers, and generally keeping the momentum going whilst keeping me informed. She showed the utmost patience and professionalism, and she worked so hard even answering texts in her own time. Had it not been for Edward Knight I don't believe I would ever have got the keys to my new home. I am eternally grateful that I chose them to act on my behalf and would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend them.

Cannot recommend Edward Knight more highly!! In particular Mandy who was my agent for a sale and a purchase, which even though it didnt work out (I decided to not to move), there was never any pressure or negativity with this process. We have been very happy working with Edward Knight's Rugby office. Our estate agent Terry might be Dainty by name and even by build, but in my book, he's a man a great stature. I don't know if he has saved any maidens out of a burning building or kittens out of a tree, but he is my favourite estate agent, and that is a rare thing. Terry is professional, punctual, and personable. He knows that housing market well and gave us practical and realistic advice on how to buy our house, and sell it again when we were ready to move on, several years later. I recently used Edward Knight for buying a house and as a first time buyer, the team literally guided me through every step of the way.
