GoogleI would like to thank Ayden for his patience and perseverance with selling the house, he was not only an estate agent he also acted as a mediator during difficult circumstances. Ayden went above and beyond to assist with communication and correspondence between us. Once the house sold it was a smooth and pain free process thank you to Ayden and Edward Knight for their hand holding and guidance throughout. I would highly recommend Edward Knight and in particular Ayden, I would definitely use them again.

GoogleI cannot recommend this estate agent enough! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Paul is amazing, and if it wasn't for him we wouldnt have moved when our buyer pulled out. Our own estate agent was rubbish and did nothing, but Paul & his boss worked their socks off to repair the damage and make everything happen!! Can't thank them enough!! Just goes to show. . High Street estate agents are worth paying the extra money for!!

GoogleWe had a great selling experience with Edward Knight in Rugby. Terry and his team helped steer us through choppy economic conditions offering advice and proactively responding to interested buyers. It took a little time to find the right buyer, but when we did it was a very smooth process. Photography and brochure presentation was excellent, with opportunity for us to input where we could. Edward knight offer a premium service comparable to ‘you know who’, but at a far more competitive price and with importantly a smile and sense of humour to keep you steady through the lows of house selling. I raise a glass of chilled Prosecco to you! Thanks.

Good communication is invaluable, as well as gaining comfort in the knowledge that somebody is keeping their finger on the pulse of both sale and purchase. I found that Jemil was always aware of developments and gave me more up to date information on the status of my sale than I received from my own estate agents!

They weren't pushy at all with trying to sell us something, and were very honest about the kind of things to be aware of. They were also super helpful in advising us on where local shops were, what the area is like, and where best to get to the motorway as both my partner and I were knew to the Rugby area. His knowledge of the area & market proved invaluable & we could always rely on his direct & honest approach. We have moved several times over the last few years & Terry truly went above & beyond, exceeding our expectations. Jemil was also extremely competent in dealing with the day to day of our sale & purchase, as well as co-ordinating everything with our solicitor, keeping us informed on a regular basis. GoogleI’m pleased with the service provided by Edward Knight estate agency for my home purchase. Home buying process is more tedious job from the beginning to the end, but their entire team Danni & Terry was fantastic every step of the way. They were always available, helping me negotiate property and update how each part of the whole process to move forward. They also profoundly understood the housing market in my area, which allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded my expectations. And, they hold really good customer base with best quality houses in the market.

GoogleGreat service. I've used Edward Knight twice now to sell my houses and both times they've been excellent. Having experienced one or two bad agents in the area I was really pleased with the service that Edward Knight offered. They are very honest with their valuations and are not pushy in the slightest which I appreciated a lot. They listed our house and sold it within 48 hours when we really needed a quick sale. I recommend Jemil and the team highly!

GoogleI am a big fan of Edward Knight and would only ever use them. Jemil always goes above and beyond to make a potentially stressful time as easy and pain free as possible. He is really knowledgeable and helps to make the whole process go smoothly, from communicating with solicitors, finding a surveyor, getting quotes and chasing within a chain. He has sold three houses for me now and I trust him, Terry and the team 100%.

There were some ups and downs, as in most house purchases, but Paul and his colleagues handled every thing from start to finish very professionally. Nothing was too much trouble and Paul always answered any queries and replied on time via email or telephone call. GoogleFrom the instant that Terry arrived to value the property I could seen him thinking about its potential and how to achieve the best price. He developed a clear marketing plan and then, more importantly, delivered it with energy and passion. This resulted in multiple offers and a sale within 3 weeks at a price in excess of the initial valuation. I would highly recommend Terry and the Edward Knight team.
