We needed a fast sale to secure the purchase of our new house. They knew the market and following their advice sold within a week.

GoogleThere is a problem with their maintenance team. Things take ages to be done. They never get back to you no matter how many times they promised to call back.

FacebookI can’t recommend Edward Knight highly enough. They have been great with both selling our house and buying our new home.Terry and Ayden have both been fabulous at every stage of both processes.Communication has been regular and we were always given prompt feedback after viewings - which isn’t always the case with other agents in Rugby.They really pulled out the stops at the crucial part - making sure the chain was robust and ensured we completed on time.

GoogleAwfully rude. Called up to enquire about some properties, as I was struggling to navigate RightMove and could only see student housing. Asked for some help regarding my budget and what I was looking for and was greeted with an awkward silence, no offer of help and eventually told to 'keep looking'. Have called up several other estate agents who have been incredibly helpful and accommodating. If they have a lazy attitude when you're simply looking for housing, imagine what they are like when dealing with all the problems and complications that may come after. I am now, of course, avoiding all properties rented through this lazy estate agent.

FacebookThe service from EK is first class. There’s no need to consider another estate agent these guys are the best. We have sold and bought from them a few times. I’ve dealt with others I’d say avoid but Edward Knight are the best by far!

Facebook5 stars and more!!! I've never really had the best experience in the past with Estate Agents however on this occasion it has been totally different. We are in the process of buying a property through Edward Knight and I can't speak highly enough about their service. Jemil has literally gone above and beyond for us as we've had a poor experience with our solicitors and even though we haven't used EK to sell he has been right on the ball in resolving issues and supporting us where he can, he's an asset to the organisation. My only regret is we didn't use them to sell. Hopefully we'll have our sale and purchase completed soon due to his help. Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleWorst letting agency I've ever used. They were supposed to manage the flat I rented for the landlord who owned it but they never did anything to repair the things that went wrong. They never call you back, I've left voicemails, emails, messages with the sales department, I even posted a message on their website. Don't bother with them because they don't care and watch out for the £100 fee at the start of your lease for no reason and the £30 leaving fee. Never had this with another letting agency. My advice: if you must use them, keep a file of correspondence of all the times you've tried to contact them, in case you need to use it.

Facebooktrying to sell at mo...started out ok nearly 3 months ago...no viewings for 3 weeks for myself or neighbour...The manager was incredibly rude. I was told a buyer had been phoned after a viewing which was very positive but when I met her by chance she said no such conversation had taken place. I have had to constantly ask for feedback..and not very receptive to questioning their actions or lack of. The most recent suggestion was to drop the price by 10k after they valued it themselves 3 months ago. Am either going multi-agent/online as a firm have been recommended or just take my house off the market as really demotivated by whole process.

GoogleI have used this company to buy and let the house I purchased and can honestly say they deserve their number 1 status. The advice that was given at the start of the process on what to buy helped with my decision on where I purchased my property and then the ease in which the transaction completed and the quick turn around in getting it let made the process very stress free. GoogleDisgusting estate agent. Rented out to us a house full of damp and mold which has just been painted over to hide! Did not want to know once they had had our fee! Do not use!!
