GoogleGreat team to work with who really understand their customers. Forget the stereotype of sharky estate agents, the Edward Knight team are professional and polite but are experts on property in Rugby. I have bought and sold though them and would recommend them to anyone wanting an honest valuation or sale. They work together as a team and it shows in the results.

FacebookThanks for selling the house so quick guys and getting us the house we wanted! Sold in 5 days! We've bought through Edward knight twice now and sold once. I wouldn't dream of using another company. Not your typical estate agents! Realistic and don't over/under price. No bragging how good they are (unlike another local company I won't name!) and keep in touch even after hours! Highly recommended xx

They offer expert communication and a first class customer service experience. They are all fantastic, but Paul in particular was very professional and helpful. GoogleGreat company to work with, they made the difficult process of having to sell my parents home after the death of my father as stress free as they possibly could. This was made more difficult as I live in another country but they were always on the phone to help with any queries I had and I would definitely recommend Edward Knight to anyone

GoogleExcellent estate agent which I recommend; from my experience they were great communicators and went out of their way to pass on their expert knowledge & advice. Different to many other agents I've met in that they do not default to a sell fast & cheap approach. The flexible terms (no tie-in for sellers) illustrates their ability & self-confidence in property sales.
