About Marshalls Properties Royston

Marshalls, with over 146 years of collective experience, are the leading independent agents serving Royston and the surrounding villages. Established in 2006, we pride ourselves on our friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach and our impressive track record in consistently selling and letting a huge variety of properties. After over 30 years working in the industry, our founder Andy Marshall started Marshalls because he believed, quite simply, that he could deliver a better service than the competition. This commitment to excellent customer service now forms the cornerstone of the company. “Our ethos is to exceed your expectations” As qualified estate & letting agents through the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents, you can have confidence that you are placing your property in the hands of professionals with integrity, honesty and unrivalled local knowledge. We are proud and honoured to have be chosen as members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and with their support behind us, we know that we are offering a truly professional service to our clients, with the benefit and backing of a network of over 700 fellow agents nationwide including exposure in the Park Lane, London office. Together with our commitment and intense website and newspaper marketing, we know we are giving our clients’ properties the maximum exposure they deserve and therefore the best chance of getting the best price possible. For the past 8 years, Marshalls have also been selected as the best independent estate agents in Royston by Movewithus, who have over 1000 nationwide networked associated offices. We concentrate on providing a very personal service, combined with having a real local base, local expertise and community involvement. As a result, we have many very positive testimonials, and receive most of our work through recommendations from past happy customers. Our culture is focused on responsive customer service. This is a priority for all staff, in addition to always being open and honest about a customer’s prospects. So if you are looking to sell or let a property, buy, or rent a home, then do get in touch with Royston’s leading agent with the largest team of personnel.
