GoogleLettings are absolutely awful. No interest in new tenants, rude and not helpful. I live in Oxford and just need some help selecting the right house and plan the viewings since virtual not allowed (must be the only agency in the country without virtual viewings in Covid) - answer was " Go on the website and do some research" No thanks, I will just take my £2000pm budget to the next agency down the road.

GoogleI wasnt told my viewing was cancelled until I called them on the day and asked where they where when I was outside the property. I drove for 4 hours and I was given no apology or explanation. Terrible service.

GoogleI am fully managed with Marshalls Lettings department. They found me a tenant within a couple of days and they also found me exactly what I wanted within a tenant - which wasn't easy! Their pricing was spot on getting me the maximum for my first investment property (which I bought through the sales team who were excellent) and their knowledge of legislation and the local area is endless.
