From start to finish the whole process of selling our house was exemplary. The sale went through unbelievably quickly and we obtained the full price we were seeking. Communication was always excellent. Prior to the sale we had been anxious but this proved to be totally unnecessary as everything went so smoothly.

GoogleHave at last completed the sale of our property after a difficult time with our linked purchase which caused a prolonged deal of several months. During this entire period Country Property staff were always on hand to help in any way possible and to smooth the process for us. GoogleNot supportive. Unhelpful. Promising to call back but doesn't. Having to take legal advice for all the severe stress caused. Evidently they dont give deposits back very often others having to take legal action. DO NOT RENT THROUGH COUNTRY PROPERTIES
We are aware of a communication problem with the landlord which was resolved to the tenants satisfaction and the tenants full deposit was returned once the issue was remedied. John Redman, Director

The process of selling our house took 9 weeks from the start of engagement, everything has run smoothly, communication has been excellent, the valuation and photos of the house were outstnanding. Can't recommend the Country Properties team highly enough and would use them again.

FacebookIf you are their customer, they will be nice and talk to you. If you are at the end of your contract with them, their staff will simply ignore your requests. Will not recommend it to anyone.
This is true we have been ignored after our tenancy finished, no feed back from exit check over, slow to even start process of returning £1900 deposit, still not received any feed back after 22 days of having completed check out. Disgraceful attitude, I have had to chase and chase and still no messages back. I had to start the process with the company used to hold the deposit but this takes a month before they pay it out. I would never rent through this agency. Very slow to get issues resolved in the flat to a point we had to with hold rent to get repairs carried out and start a process of complaints against the agency. We had enough and now purchased a property and would never go back to renting through this agency.
