All of our purchase enquiries and requests for further information from the seller were sought, chased and relayed back to us promptly by sales progressor Chelsea. Chelsea in particular provided an excellent service and it was so helpful to have one point of contact and someone who knows your 'story'. GoogleThe sales team are very helpful, but once the sale is progressing is when the problems start. The trust broke down very quickly. Lack of information. We were told things were fine when it was obvious there were problems. I know it's a complicated process, but honesty and clarity would have made the whole thing much less stressful.
