Alex was very friendly and helpful on our first viewing, as was Daisy for our second. The house was advertised with two estate agents, but we chose to buy it through Richard James as I noticed they had a sales progressor, and I am so glad we did. Jo has been amazing. We had some stressful times due to things lower down in the chain and I am sure I drove her crazy at times, but Jo was always ready to listen to my rants and help and support me when things got tough. Moving home in 2025/26, seemed so much more stressful than the last time I did it. Richard James have managed to really help relieve some of this stress they are all professional knowledgeable and nice to deal with. They provided very good referrals for both survey and removal firms. I bought through Richard James but did not sell through them, which was a big mistake on my part. If you’re unsure or they all “seem the same” once you get into the process Richard James excel in comparison. So thank you Daisy , Molly, Alex and especially Jo for all your help .

I have recently sold my home Through Richard James and can't thank the team enough for their support and time. Alex came to value initially and I was impressed by his professional opinion, friendly nature and understanding of the circumstances. Daisy completed viewings and the home sold within 2 weeks to the first people who viewed. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome and proceess.
