GoogleWe have just sold our house with Richard James in Wootton Bassett and have been so impressed with the friendly, professional and efficient service we have received.
We have mostly dealt with Alex who is obviously very motivated and passionate about what he does. We were keen to get our house on the market and Alex came out at 8:30am one day and had the house live on the market by lunch time the same day. The marketing and communication was brilliant and we sold our house in less than 4 weeks at a price that we were happy with.
The whole team are always at the end of the phone and Alex has given us brilliant advice along the way, not only with regards to the sale of our property but also with our purchase.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Richard James team in Wootton Bassett. Thank you.

GooglePurchased our house through them recently, they were great. Knowledgeable and local agent who showed us round both times. The office staff were great, always quick to respond and super friendly and helpful. Slightly kicking ourselves for not using them to sell our house!
Only reason this is a 4* review and not a 5*, is because they moved their sales progressing part in house early on in the move, and we did find them a bit lacking, and we couldn't quite work out what their job was. In the grand scheme of things however, it was a small irritation.
