GoogleWe bought through Hamptons and if we ever sold, we would use them. Why? Kendra, the agent, was so responsive to our queries...everything we asked had immediate follow up, nothing was too much trouble and we knew where we were. Equally, if we popped into the office, they knew who we were and it felt an incredibly personal and integrated service.

This was the first time we have had a property to let and were very impressed with the guidance throughout the process and the attention to detail. GoogleWe have worked closely with Hamptons since 2019 when we emigrated to Australia. Being so far away it was really important to use an agent with a great reputation that we knew we could trust. Hamptons have been absolutely first class. Between 2019 and mid 2022 they have secured back to back rentals for our property as well as providing a top tier of property management to sort any issues - large or small. Then at the end of 2022/beginning of 2023 they helped with the marketing and sale of our property with fantastic results. We cannot recommend them enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should we purchase a buy to let in the UK in the future. Thank you Hamptons!

GoogleI have the pleasure of dealing with both Hamptons in Bath and now Tunbridge Wells. A very professional team. Of the many estate agents I’ve had to work with in Surrey, Oxford and Kent, Olivia and Emma stood out for the effort they made not just to me prospective tenant but also to the owners of the properties they manage. They were responsive, thorough and helpful but never pushy or impatient.
